Old Technology
Believe it or not, this is old technology. 🙂
In fact, awesome 3D on the web has been around since the beginning of the millennium, but there were things holding back its popularity. This site was featured on the BBC and won awards in 2002. We’re currently updating the technology, as the old code is no longer supported.
Bugs
The full-screen toggle for the Earth animation does not work in the FireFox browser. Full-screen likely fails in Safari, but we haven’t confirmed.
Everything appears to run nicely in Chrome.
